NON REFUNDABLE 60% deposit of the Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price, at the time of order & final payment on pickup. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED. Payments by Credit Card or Cash Only. Not Responsible for any measurements done by other than Liberty Formal. Pickup must be within 3 days all rights are waived to any corrections to the dress. If unable to pickup within 3 days final payment must be due within the 3 days. Fittings will be discussed after the measurements prior to order being placed. Orders do not include alterations. If you order a size other than suggested size or miss measured by other than Liberty Formal, Liberty Formal is not responsible.
